I’ve seen so many infopreneurs put their heart and soul into a product and then turn around and spend literally thousands of dollars promoting it – only to see it flounder in cyberspace.

A good pay-per-click campaign can send hundreds of people to your site. If you spend money on a system like Adwords, you can find yourself literally spending thousands of dollars to get traffic. But if that traffic doesn’t convert into sales, you’re money is gone. I’ve done it and I’ve seen dozens of inforpreneurs do it.

THERE ARE THREE COMPONENTS TO SELLING

First, you need a great product or service.
Even if you’re just starting with an ezine, put great information into it. Do your research. Give as much value as possible to your prospects and readers.

Second, you need a salesperson. For information products, that’s your sales copy. Often the first and only exposure your prospect will have before making their decision. If they decide to click away, their gone for good.

Third, you need a good list, or a steady stream of traffic. Good sales writing and promotion can help you build your list and create tons of quality traffic.
